Frances "Sutera" Sutera Bogumil

Frances (Sutera) Bogumil, 73, of Englewood formerly of Shrewsbury, NJ passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2010. She died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Frances was born on November 8, 1936 in Hoboken, NJ to Charles and Catherine Sutera. She had been a resident of Englewood for 28 years. A member of the Eagles #3885, a past president of Does Drove #203 she was a communicant of St. Frances of Assisi Parish. Frances was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2001. Survivors include her daughter: Kathy P. (Barry) York of Vallejo, CA; three sons: John (Kathy) Pridy and James (Joanna) Pridy both of Englewood and Charles (Debbie) Pridy of Port Charlotte; two sisters: Mary Ann Pridy and Ginny Dempsey. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many good friends with whom she shared a love of music and dancing. A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, March 15, 2010 at 10 AM, at St. Francis of Assisi Church 5265 Placida Rd. in Grove City. Family requests memorial donations be made in Mrs. Bogumil's name to Tidewell Hospice, Inc.5955 Rand Blvd. Sarasota, FL 34238 or the Relay for Life/Cancer Society.
