HOWARAD FRANCIS WATTS, 69, of Rotonda West passed away Friday, July 22, 2011at Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte. Born on May 24, 1942 in St. Albans, Vermont, he served in the US Army from 1964 until 1966. Mr. Watts was employed by Vermont Gas Systems in Burlington and retired as a supervisor after thirty-five years. He enjoyed gardening and landscaping and deeply loved his pets. Survivors include his loving wife of forty-seven years: Carol L. Watts of Rotonda West, FL; one daughter; Kristina M. Watts of Rotonda West, FL; one son: Bradley H. Watts of Oakland, CA; one sister: Shirley Bombard of St. Albans, VT. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2011 from 2 PM until 4 PM at the Englewood Community Funeral Home, 3070 South McCall Road. Interment and honors will be in Sarasota National Cemetery on Monday, July 25, 2011 at 1:30 Pm. You may share a memory or express condolences to the Watts family at www.englewoodfh.com
