Kristin Dherin Goforth Age 23, of Sumner, died suddenly in an auto accident near Lake Tapps on Friday, December 14, 2007. She was born April 12, 1984 in Puyallup, a daughter of James (Megan) Friend, Jr. of Orting and Darlene Dherin of Sumner. Kristin attended Sumner schools. She is survived by loving five-year-old son Michael James Goforth and husband James Goforth of Auburn, grandparents Edna and John Dherin of Sumner and James Friend, Sr. of Orting and in-laws Terri and Terry O'Brien of Auburn. In addition she is survived by brother Brandon (Sunshine) Dherin, half-brothers Josh, Matthew, and Eric, and half-sister Shayna and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial service celebrating Kristin's life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the families suggest memorial contributions in Kristin's memory to be made to: Emmanuel Food Bank, c/o St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1401 Valley Avenue East, Sumner, WA 98390.
