Margaret Jane "Janie" Vitek, 76, of Rotonda West, Florida, passed away Wednesday July 21, 2021 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Born December 12, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late James and Anna (Wunder) Fox. Janie was a loving wife, mother and homemaker for her family. Survivors include her loving husband and companion of 39 years: Brent G. Vitek of Rotonda West, FL; one son: Dennis and Amy Szczybor; three grandsons: Nicholas, Noah, and Hunter Szczybor all of Acworth, GA.; three brothers: Tom and Sophia Montgomery of Perry Hall, MD.; Mickey Montgomery of Baltimore, MD; Jimmy Whitehead of Westminster, MD.; and one sister: Ann Mandelik of Dallas, TX.
