George William Grimm

George Grimm, 1920-2009, Loving Father, grandfather and friend, passed away on Feb. 24, 2009. Born Dec. 12, 1920, in Ellensburg WA. George was preceded in death by his sweetheart of 48 years Vera, who passed in 1989, sons Lonnie & Steven, and his parents. George was survived by oldest son Gary Grimm & Debra Jones, 12 grandchildren & 9 great Grandchildren. George graciously served his country in W.W. ll & Korean war. George’s dedication to family, personal integrity, and work ethic, were attributes greatly admired by all who knew him. George was a loving humorous man and he will be greatly missed by all those who had the opportunity to share in his life. A graveside service will be held on Friday March 6, at 2 p.m. at Woodbine Cemetery, Puyallup. A luncheon for family and friends will follow at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1015 13th St. S.W. , Puyallup. Arrangements by Curnow Funeral Home & Cremation Service. 863-2800.
