Joyce Evelyn GrImmett (82) of North Port, FL., passed away Sept. 21, 2022 at the Tidewell Hospice House in Englewood, FL. Joyce was a homemaker and mother. Joyce attended (for many years) the Shawnee Mission in Shawnee, Ohio where she taught Sunday School and was a song leader. In later years, Joyce also attended Maranatha Bible Church in Glenford, Ohio. She is survived by her son, Todd Grimmett of North Port, FL., a sister, Patty (Orbe) Corp of Glenford, Ohio and a brother Paul (Patsy) Garlinger of North Port, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Hazel Garlinger and her husband Elmer Grimmett.
