Oscar Wagoner of North Port, FL, formally of Huber Heights, OH, passed away on November 28, 2022. He was born on August 4, 1937 in Sandy Hook, KY to Corbin and Clara Wagoner. Oscar went on to have a fulfilling career working as a Superintendent for the City of Dayton Parks and Recreation Division. He was an amazing man of God. He has always been known as an extremely kind person with the most infectious smile and spirit. Oscar is survived by his beloved children: Joanna (Jeffrey) Smith, Johnathan Wagoner, Randall (Ana) Wagoner. He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Randy Wagoner Jr., Gabrielle Wagoner, Brittany Smith, Brook Debevec, Taylor Kegeirres, Alexandra Lima, Mark Debevec and great grandchildren: William Borel, Brayden Borel, Kendall Wagoner, Tanner Wagoner, Elena Smith, Nora Smith, Zoey Wagoner, Adriana Cordova, Landon Hunt, Miles Isley, Logan Kegeirres, Ariana Singh, Dominic Singh, Calvin Lima, and Beckham Lima. He also leaves behind his most trusted friend Buffy, the dog. He is preceded in death by his wife Brenda Wagoner, our beloved Mom and Mammaw.
