He was born in Bakersfield, California to William “Bill” & Cynthia “Bernice” Watts. Harvey spent most of his childhood in California where you would find him and his brother Jimmy running on hillsides or tinkering around the garage with their father. Bill and Bernice moved up from California to Washington in the late 1960s where they would make their home. His love for WW1 planes and classic muscle cars was only matched by his love and passion for his Family and friends. He found the good in everything, was never afraid to be silly or funny, and enjoyed the life he was given, no matter how hard it was, he found strength in his family and his friends.
