Edward William Foley Passed away peacefully at his home Nov. 15, 2009 in Tacoma, WA. Ed was born Jan. 31, 1942 in Council Bluffs, IA. Ed was a longtime member of Pierce County Law Enforcement and did security work. He was an avid supporter of our military and veterans. He also had a great love of all small pets, especially his two beloved cats. Ed is survived by his mother Wilma Jean Foley, his brother Michael J. Foley, wife Marilyn, his brother Dennis P. Foley, his sister Lynda M. White, husband Fred, sister Patricia J. Drashil, husband Dwayne, and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. There will be no services at his request. Any memorial donations may be sent in his name to the Veterans Administration or Pierce County Humane Society.
