Gail Davis, 65, of Bradenton, FL (originally of Janesville, WI) died peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Tidewell Hospice after a courageous battle from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Gail was born March 11, 1950 in Fort Atkinson, WI to Raymond and Ruth (Holsworth) Garlock. Gail and her older brother, Gary, grew up in Janesville, WI. In August of 1969, shortly after graduating from Janesville Craig, Gail married Jerry Davis and moved to Evansville, WI where they would raise their two daughters. Gail is survived by her loving husband, Jerry, daughters; Jackie (Kelly) Davis-Franklin and Christine (Timothy) Holtzman, brother, Gary Garlock (Pat Develter-Isham), grandchildren; Ryan, Morgan, Kaitlyn Holtzman and Kelly Franklin. Per Gail’s wishes, there will be no services. Grandma is free to walk the beaches that she so dearly loved. She is back to collecting shells again. Breathe free Grandma!
