Linda J. Winstead-Rogers
November 11th, 1947 - January 14th, 2018
Linda Winstead Rogers, age 70, of Rogersville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Wellmont Bristol Regional Medical Center. She had worked for many years as a beautician in the Kingsport area. She enjoyed the outdoors and gardening. Most of all, she loved her children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Blanche Winstead; sister, Phyllis Tymon; and special aunt, Mable Tate. She is survived by her son, Tim Scott; daughter, Melissa Montgomery and husband, Rev. Blake; grandchildren, Bon and Shon Scott, and Morgan and Hannah Montgomery; brothers, Gerald Winstead and wife, Carolyn, Tom Winstead and wife, Linda, and Jackie Winstead and wife, Brenda; several nieces and nephews. Per Linda's wishes there will be no services. Family and friends may leave online condolences at www.cartertrent.com or contact the family.
