In loving memory of Tim Swan December 9, 1973 - February 28, 2016 Services to be held: Saturday March 5th at 10am at Church of the Cross, 5051 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34207. Tim was working as a RN at Florida Hospital. Tim will always be remembered as a loving, kind and gentle man with a great sense of humor and a soft and tender heart for others. Family and friends were important to Tim and he would be honored if you would join us in celebrating the memory of his life. He will be sorely missed. The entire Swan Family so appreciates your thoughts, prayers and concern. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to Guardian Angels (a local foster care ministry). Donations can be mailed to 1429 60th Ave. W., Suite 200, Bradenton, FL 34207 .
