Christine Evers Nelson, 72, passed away June 25, 2016. She was born May 11, 1944 in St. Louis, MO to Walter “Hoot” Evers & Nancy Kalbfleisch. She attended all of elementary and high school in Bradenton, graduating in 1962. She attended FSU and returned to Bradenton to work for the law firm, Goodrich & Hampton. The firm later merged with Holland & Knight whom she worked for until her retirement. Christine was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Kay Anne. She leaves behind her husband, Steve. Memorial service will be held on at 2 PM on Friday, July 1, 2016, at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
