Tabatha Hickman Overbay

Tabatha Hickman Overbay, 45, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord (Friday November 13th, 2015) following a lengthy illness. Born in Greene County and raised in Kingsport, she attended Sullivan North High School. She was a member of New Life Free Will Baptist Church.Tabatha was a great wife with an infectious smile. She had a love for horses and children. Loved to sing and dance and talk about her Jesus. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Jeff Overbay; father, Arthur Lee Hickman; mother, Margie McMillian and husband Phillip; two sisters, Brandi Amey and husband David and Jessee Hickman; two nephews, Jacob Amey and Kenneth Boggs ; two nieces, Alissa Amey and Bridget Howerton Adams; favorite sister in law, Vanessa Boggs; and brother in law, Michael Overbay. Special thanks should go to Caris Healthcare and the Dickerson Girl Clan for their care and attention for Tabatha. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3pm Sunday (November 15th, 2015) at New Life Free Will Baptist Church, Rock Springs Rd. Kingsport. A service will follow at 3pm with Rev. Gary Calhoun and Pastor Hal Calhoun officiating. Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery, Baileyton, TN. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
