Gary Wilson, 74, of Holmes Beach, passed away October 22, 2016. Born in December of 1941 to James R. Wilson and Verna (Cole) Wilson in Hamilton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother James, and sister Glenda. Gary worked a lifetime in construction becoming a general superintendent in 1974, building notable projects throughout the Midwest, Central, and South Florida for Messer, Perin & Sundahl, Dugan & Meyers, Baker Concrete Construction, Frank J. Rooney, and for the last dozen years for Moss and Associates. He is survived by his wife of over 58 years, Marilyn; sons, Wade (Melissa) & Brad (Kathy); grandchildren, Jennifer, Brittany, Abby & Joe; great-grandchildren, J.V., Sierra, Matthew & Sean; and by his beloved puppies, Bibiana & Casita who will miss their daily walks. A private ceremony will be held at a later date. A donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is requested in lieu of flowers.
