Jackie D Patterson

Jackie Darrel Patterson, 56, of 122 Gray Road Church Hill, TN, entered into his heavenly home on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Holston Valley Hospital after an extended illness. He was born in Port Clinton, Ohio, on September 29, 1958 to parents Jimmy & Dorothy Patterson. Jackie made his home in Church Hill, Tennessee, where he resided until his death. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved to hunt and work on the farm for as long as his health allowed. He was a loving father, husband and grandfather. Spending time with family and friends, especially his granddaughters, is what gave him the greatest joy. The stories he shared will continue to live on in our memories. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Pauline Patterson; maternal grandparents, Hobert and Irene Patterson; and infant sister, Kathy Patterson. He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years Toni Patterson, of the home; daughter, Amber O'Laughlin and husband John of Germany; step-son, Justin Ramey and wife Kristen of Mount Carmel; parents, Jimmy & Dorothy Patterson of Church Hill; brother, David Patterson and wife Michelle of Church Hill; granddaughters, Penelope and Bonnie Ramey of Mount Carmel; uncles, Harold Patterson of Church Hill, Gordon Patterson and wife Ann May of Church Hill, Carroll Patterson and wife Sue of Port Clinton, Ohio; aunt, Patsy Miller; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive family and friends from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at his home, located at 122 Gray Road, Church Hill, TN.
