May 19th, 1967 - March 11th, 2015
Troy John Proctor, age 47, of Kingsport, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at his residence. He had previously worked as an electrician at Coomer Electric. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting. He is preceded in death by his mother, Nieta Darlene Tate; brother, Kenny Leonard; grandparents, Albert and Lottie Williams. He is survived by his son, Peyton Matlock; sister, Teresa Barger; brother, Wayne Barger; best friend, Denny Calton; and a host of extended family and friends. There will be a memorial service at 7:00 pm on Monday, March 16, 2015 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill with Ronnie Price officiating. Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill is proudly serving the Proctor family.
