David Bradley Justice Johnson City - David Bradley Justice, 61, formally of Pikeville, KY went to be with his family in Heaven on Monday evening September 15, 2014 at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the 101st Airborne Division. He was employed by CSX for over 20 years. He loved to spend time with his family. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Jonathan Justice; parents, John and Frances Justice; brothers, John Franklin Justice and Robert Leon Justice. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years on (September 15, 2014), Jerri Lynn Justice; step son, James Jeremy Akers and fiancé Bridget; granddaughter, Elizabeth Akers; sisters, Marianne Alderman and Bill Bannerman, Sharon Ferrell and husband, Bob; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 6 pm on Thursday (September 18, 2014) at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 1115 Hwy 11W, Church Hill with Pastor Gary Gerhardt officiating. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, Church Hill is serving the Justice family.
