Charlotte Fay Keane

Our beloved mother, Charlotte Fay Keane of Mukilteo, passed peacefully the morning of April 9, 2024. Charlotte was born in Portland, OR and graduated from Grant High School. She had three children from a first marriage and met the love of her life, "Bear" in 1967. They married in 1968 and moved to Bellevue, WA. They lived a few years in Bozeman, MT, which they loved before returning to Washington and settling in Mukilteo. Char and Bear enjoyed many years of jazz festivals, trips to Palm Springs and Christmases as Santa and his wife for the Forgotten Children's Fund Organization, something they both cared deeply for. She also loved her time with the Mukilteo Historical Society working in the lighthouse meeting visitors or working in the beautiful gardens. Charlotte was loved by those around her. She was a kind and comfortable woman with a big heart, loving hugs and a hearty laugh! A strong faith in God and a huge prayer list started her everyday. Charlotte is preceded in death by her loving husband. She is survived by her three children, Don, Tara and Joanne, daughter in law Ola and son in law Thomas as well as 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A memorial will be held in early summer for family and friends. Donations to Old Dog Haven or The Forgotten Children's Fund would be appreciated.
