June 21st, 1930 - April 3rd, 2024
Joan B. Reynolds, age 93, of Bradenton, FL, and formerly of Virginia Gardens, FL, passed away April 3, 2024. Joan met and fell in love with John W. Reynolds in Miami, FL, and in 1956 they were married. Joan & John and their 4 children moved to Bradenton, FL in 1971. Joan worked at Manatee Memorial Hospital for 15 years. Joan enjoyed spending time with her family and entertaining old friends from Virginia Gardens. Joan also enjoyed crocheting lap blankets for the Veterans Hospital. Joan is survived by two children, Ellen M. Reynolds and David Reynolds (Tank). She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years John W. Reynolds, son Bill Reynolds (Miami), and daughter Lori Stevens of Myakka, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Humane Society of Manatee County, 2515 14th St. W., Bradenton, FL 34205.
