Hattie Frances (Fryman) Beauerle
August 4th, 1959 - March 7th, 2022
Hattie Frances (Fryman) Beauerle, 62, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Martha Sue Fryman; nephew, Bradley Price; stepson, Ryan Beauerle; and grandson, Andrew Beauerle. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Daniel Beauerle; sisters, Rosa Hayes, Billie Offutt, Charlotte Price, Ina Fryman; brother, Paul (Frances) Fryman; stepson, Chad Beauerle (Shannon); grandchildren Abigail, William, and Claire Beauerle; along with several nieces and nephews. Hattie was born in Georgetown, Kentucky on August 4, 1959. After graduating from Bryan Station High School, she started her lifelong career of serving others. She made many friends working at her first job, Cracker Barrell, and then many more, when she moved on to Buffalo and Dad’s. She then pursued her dream of owning her own restaurant, which was fittingly named “Hattie’s” in 1999. The restaurant was in the Meadowthorpe Shopping Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She “semi” retired to what was once a trailer that she bought in the 80’s, turned into her dreamhouse, at Elmer Davis Lake in 2018. Though, she enjoyed her retirement, she returned to work for Smitty at Thoroughbreds. There was never a dull moment if you ever had the privilege of eating lunch, dinner, or having a few drinks with Hattie. If you were ever smacked by the guest receipt book or weren’t exactly happy with your food, you might find that you would share a few items from your neighbor’s plate compliments of Hattie. No matter where she worked her focus was to make everyone happy and enjoy the moment. There wasn’t another place, nor will there be in town that treated you just like family when you visited, like Hattie did at her place. She was full of life and lived every day to the fullest. Her love for fishing goes back to her early childhood days. She also loved to share her catch at fish fries with friends. On colder days her other favorites included golfing, hunting, playing cards, throwing darts, and working puzzles. As many know she was very competitive in any game she played and was always out to win. AND her last favorite thing worth mentioning was her grand saying (which should be trademarked by the way), “I’ll have one more with you”. To know her was to love her. There will be a celebration of life for Hattie at Clark Legacy Center in Frankfort, Kentucky on Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 1:00pm until 5:00pm. We welcome all who knew her to come share memories and celebrate her life with the family. Expressions of sympathy may be made in Hattie’s name to the American Cancer Society.
