Charlotte C. Washington, 33, wife of Llyod Washington, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Connie Graves and James Masters on March 16, 1989. Charlotte loved spending time with family and listening to music. She loved animals and would take in any stray animal. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, James Ryan Masters, OH and Mason Masters, Shelbyville; her sisters, Stephanie Whortenbury, Shelbyville, Nancy Riddle (Randy), Frankfort and Daphna Riddle, Frankfort; and her brother, Timothy Riddle, Frankfort. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
