Willis Randall Bowman

Willis Randall Bowman, 53, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. He was born in Versailles on October 11, 1968 to Beulah White and the late William “Bill” Bowman. He was a groomer with Airdrie Stud in Midway. Willis loved his dog, Harley. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing and hunting and watching NASCAR. In addition to his mother, Beulah, he is survived by his sister, Evie (Danny) Marcum; his niece, Christina (Tony Groves) Marcum, Georgetown; his great nephews, Owen Groves and Riley Groves; his cousin, Donna Jean (Joesy) Adams, Midway; his aunts, Pearl (Buddy) Brooks, Versailles, Betty Kirkland, Lexington, Ada Sims, Warsaw, Betty Oliver, Booneville, Juanita Kendal, Carolton, and Sue (Dorsey) Bowman, Owenton; his uncles, Johnny (Teresa) Hendrix, Lexington and Keith (Trish) Bowman, Booneville; as well as numerous cousins and extended family members. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Bro. Steve Rose officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be Tony Groves, Danny Marcum, Joesy Adams, Mark Groves, Scotty Bowman, and Buddy Brooks. Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until the time of service on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Scott County Human Society.
