Shirley J. Stephens, 81, widow of Henry C. Stephens died on Tues. March 28, 2023, in Lexington, KY. She was born in Richmond, KY on Nov. 7, 1941, to the late Bailey and Ophelia Olds. Shirley was a long-time member of Southland Christian Church, Nicholasville, KY and retired from the Kentucky DMV in which she was the manager of the Lexington, KY branch. She is survived by two sons, Greg Stephens, Lexington, KY and Ron (Ann) Stephens, Tignall, GA; five grandchildren, Daniel, Josh, Andrew, Seth and Shae. A celebration of life service will be April 13th, 2023, visitation starts at 11:00 AM followed by the service which will start at 12:00 at Southland Christian Church, Nicholasville, KY.
