Robert William Logan, 70, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020. He was a native of Scott County, Kentucky, born on January 4, 1950, to the late Elmo and Louise Henderson Logan. He loved his family and was a devoted father and grandfather. He was passionate in his pursuit of the preservation of nature and natural resources. He enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening, woodworking and spending time with his grandchildren. He was generous and knowledgeable man, who never stopped learning and growing his mind. His courage was palpable as he battled cancer and challenges that ensued in the wake of the disease. He is survived by his children, Allison (Keith) Blatz, Drew Logan, Lindsey (David) Kimbleton; his brother John (Pam) Logan; his grandchildren, Sawyer, Holden and Violet Blatz, Beckett Kimbleton. Due to COVID restrictions, the family requests that you remain in your cars for a drive through celebration of life from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM, on Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Clark Legacy Center in Frankfort. Private graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the UK Markey Cancer Center.
