Annette Thomas Kemper

Annette T. Kemper, 82, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020. The wife of Norris Kemper, Annette was born October 22, 1937, to the late Gran Kelsey and Alice Mildred Thomas in Owenton, Kentucky. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, family was everything to Annette. She loved to attend Sunday School at Crestwood Baptist Church, cooking meals for her family, and when she was able, traveling and shopping. Before her retirement, she served as an Administrative Secretary for the Public Service Commission with the State of Kentucky. In addition to her husband, Norris Kemper of Frankfort, Annette is survived by her children, Kim Webster of Owenton and Lee (Robyn) Kemper of Frankfort; her sister, Jane (Bob) Ritter of Springfield, Illinois; grandchildren, Ryanne (John) Howard of Owenton, Evyn (Branson) Brumback of Monterey, and Richard Kelsey (Karly) Kemper of Frankfort; and her great grandchildren, Porter William Howard, River Ann Howard, and Bensyn Clark Brumback. Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Gran Kelsey and Alice Mildred Thomas, and a sister, Louise Stafford. A Private Graveside Service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jon Sutphin officiating.
