Lancaster, Kentucky Carol Ann Powell, 62, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2016. She was born March 30, 1954 to the late Charles and Anna Rose. She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda A. (Reed) Dievert, Shannon Powell; sons, Curtis Powell, Jason Powell; sisters, Janet Sue DeSeno, Rosalie Rose; brothers, Charles (Carol) Rose, Ray (Rosa) Rose, Gary Rose and Gerald Rose; twelve grandchildren. Funeral Information Visitation will be 5-7pm, Friday, May 20, 2016 at Victory Baptist Church, Lexington, Kentucky with service to follow at 7:00pm. Rev. Steve Moore will be officiating.
