Donnie Baker

Donnie Baker, 54, of Chuckey went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Donnie was the owner and technician at D&S Automotive. He was a fun and loving husband, a great daddy, and the perfect granddaddy. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 30 years, Sandy Baker; daughter, Cora Gillenwater and husband Bobby; son, Mark Baker and wife Summer; very special grandson, Emmett Orrick; parents, Donald Baker, Sr. and Sue Ireson Baker; sister, Lori Caldwell and husband David; his sweet dogs; several special brothers, Danny, Daryl, Robbie, Randall, and Scott; and many beloved family and friends. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 5pm to 7pm at Carter Trent Funeral Home, Downtown Kingsport. A memorial service will follow with Pastor Jackie Flanary officiating.
