Amanda Harris

Amanda Jo Harris 8/11/1992 – 5/8/2019 On Wednesday May 8th, 2019 Amanda Jo Harris, loving daughter and sister, passed away in a car accident, she was 26 years old. Amanda was born on August 11th, 1992 at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. She is the daughter of Holly Heaps Harris Adler and Gregory M Harris. Amanda is preceded in death by her grandparents Mike Harris Pueblo, CO and Marie Harris, WY. She is survived by her mother (Holly Adler), stepfather (Keith Adler, Lakewood, CO), father (Greg Harris, Pueblo, CO), brother (Cody Harris, Thornton, CO), grandparents (Mel and Janice Heaps, Broomfield, CO and Darlene Harris, FL), special family friend Rhonda Madsen (Golden, CO), uncles and aunts and many cousins. Amanda attended Broomfield High and graduated from Arapahoe Ridge in Boulder in 2012. Amanda loved her loyal dog Buttercup, enjoyed all kinds of music, she loved doing hair and makeup and she was great with technology. Amanda had a joyful and fun loving spirit and was always determined to do it her way. Amanda had a light that shined brightly to all that knew her. Her light will continue to shine on us all from heaven. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. A memorial will be held on May 25th from 2 pm to 6 pm at Lac Amora Park, West 10th Avenue and Oak Circle North in Broomfield, CO.
