MARK DAVID OSBORNE Kingsport- Mark David Osborne, 51, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Tuesday (February 18, 2020) at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and was a graduate of Kingsport Christian School. Mark was an avid soccer player and fan who had the opportunity to play with Liberty University Soccer team playing against the National Mexican team. Mark was a former Regional Manager for Blockbuster receiving the most prestigious leadership award given during that time. He also worked for several years with American Greeting located in Greeneville, TN. Mark truly loved his family and the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Gladys Vaughn, paternal grandparents, George and Irene Osborne. Mark Osborne is survived by his mother, Kathy Broyles (Joe); his father, David Osborne (Diana); a sister, Sarah Webb (Brad); his brothers, Michael Broyles (Karen), Chris Osborne, Jeremy Osborne (Kristen); his grandfather, William (Bill) Vaughn; nieces, Kaydence Broyles, Emeline Webb, Amelia Webb, and Karson Osborne; nephews, Elijah Broyles, Brady Osborne, and Cavin Osborne; special friends, Darnell Holland and Marty Hannah along with several uncles, aunts, cousins, and many dear friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday (February 22, 2020) from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday (February 22, 2020) at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Steve Pate, officiating. Music will be provided by Damon Depew. A graveside service will follow the funeral on Saturday (February 22, 2020) at Walnut Chapel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Chris Osborne, Jeremy Osborne, Lyle Vaughn, Steve Vaughn, Russell Vaughn, and Roger Vaughn serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Recovery Soldiers Ministries, a Faith Based Recovery Center and Ministry, 1180 Old Bristol HWY, Elizabethton, TN 37644.
