Matthew Haun

Matthew Alan Haun 31, passed away unexpectedly Monday night on August 14, 2017, from a motorcycle accident in Westminister, CO Matthew was born in Greeley, CO August 8, 1986. Matthew Graduated Mountain View High school. He then went on to start many new dreams of his own making memories and friends along the way. Matthew worked for a roadside assistance company, helping people was what he was best at. He brought light to many people. He cared about everyone and always seen the good in people. Matts favorite quote was ” You only live once so be with those you care about”. Matt enjoyed the fast life, he lived on the edge of his seat, he took chances, he never let the fear of striking out keep him from living his life to the fullest. Matt enjoyed playing golf and bowling. He loved to be around his family and have family outings. Matts favorite holiday was the Fourth of the July, he loved lighting off fireworks and was competitive in having the best firework display on the block. Matt is survived by his parents Christy Hill, Rick Hill, Joel Haun, and Leslie Haun. He had two sisters Kasandra Hill and Ashley Haun, and one brother James Ryan Switzer. He had one niece Alazay and seven nephews Dominic, Isaiah, Carter, Jeramyia, Nicholas, Kingston, and Bennet. Matt had cousins on both sides of the family that loved him dearly. Matthew had big dreams of becoming the best and he did become that in our lives and in our hearts. We stand motionless consumed in grief, sorrow has arrived with a smiles thief. We gathered here to mourn and cry our questions pointing at the clear blue sky, why did you go? why did you leave? Life without you is so hard to conceive, our hearts are damaged and scarred severely. We shall miss you much more than you know, for having you in our lives we’ve all been blessed, but now the time has come for you to rest. We promise to cherish our memories of you, you shall live in our minds and all that we do. We lost a golden heart and God has gained an amazing angle this is not a good bye but an until we meet again.
