Timothy "Tim" King
September 11th, 1955 - May 8th, 2020
Timothy “Tim” King 64, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 8, 2020. He was born in Michigan to the late Abraham King and Elizabeth Franklin. Tim moved to Kingsport in 1996 and worked for Milhorn Appliance for over 20 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Frank and Ralph Pritchard. Survivors include his loving wife of 34 years, Barbara King; daughter, Crystal Conkin and husband Jason; son, Brandon King; grandchildren, Noah Barnette, Natalie Wanner, Malena King, and Mia King; sisters, Millie Bishop and husband Charles and Terri Williams and husband Jerry; special friends, Earl Bledsoe and Reese Milhorn; along with several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home downtown, Kingsport. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Jackie Flanary officiating. Carter-Trent Funeral Home is serving the King family.
