Lexington, KY Raymond Noah Fulton, 64, passed away Saturday June 13, 2015. He was born on May 5, 1951 in Fayette County, Kentucky to the late William Noah Fulton and Frances Ford Fulton. Raymond was an engineer at Central Baptist. He is survived by his brother William Fulton, Versailles; his sister Renee Lowry, Lexington; his nieces Crystal Lowry, Lexington; Angela Lowry, Lexington; and his cousin Debbie Tucker, Versailles. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday June 17, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, Frankfort. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at 11:00am Wednesday until start of the service.
