Online Obituaries for Frankfort, KY Billy Ray Phillips, 77, husband of Charlette Phillips, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017. A native of Frankfort, he was born on July 24, 1939 to the late Alton and Clarice Phillips. He was the owner of Phillips and Sons Heating, Cooling and Electric and a member of Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Bryan (Susan) Phillips, Frankfort; Kevin (Denny) Phillips, Frankfort; his daughters Stephanie Phillips, Frankfort; Laura Phillips, Frankfort; step daughters Jennifer Beihn Nunley, Louisville; Leslie Beihn Mote, GA; his sister Nancy Jones, Williamsburg; his grandchildren Joey Phillips; Mackenzie Phillips; Anna Phillips; Meg Phillips; Lee Graves; and his step grandchildren Clay Nunley; Andrew Nunley; Jewett Mote; and Ethan Mote. Funeral Information Funeral service will be 10:00 am Monday, January 16, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Rev. Todd Lester will be officiating. Burial will follow at Frankfort Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be Bryan Phillips, Kevin Phillips, Russell Jones, Rob Jones, Joey Phillips, and Lee Graves. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at the funeral home.
