Frankfort Anne Perkins Patrick, 54, died Thursday, January 9, 2014 at her home. She was born in Augsburg, Germany on October 24, 1959 to Anna Gander Perkins and the late Albert R. Perkins. Anne was a registered nurse at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville and attended Ascension Episcopal Church in Frankfort. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Patrick is survived by her son, Lucas M. Patrick of Frankfort; her brother, William R. (Maria) Perkins of Salt Lake City, UT; her niece, Megan Perkins; her nephew, Drew Perkins; her aunt, Freida Hartley; and many special friends. Anne is also preceded in death by a son, David C. Patrick. Funeral Information There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
