A native of Nicholasville, Kentucky, Eugene was born September 27, 1930 to the late Ernest Corman and Matilda Alcorn Hart. He was such a big hearted man and friend to many, serving our country as a cook in the Army, raising 4 children as if they were his own, and working hard for over sixty years repairing so many homes and rooves along the way. He loved taking his family, including the love of his life, Ida Mae Corman, fishing and on picnics. In addition to Ida, he leaves behind Hazel (Johnny) Goforth, Nicholasville, Ellin (Dudley) Bonds, Harrodsburg, Daniel (Brenda Lyons) Johnson, Nicholasville, and Donald (Phyllis) Johnson, Nicholasville; grandchildren, Donald (Jessica) Goforth, Daniel J. Johnson, George (Lindsay) Mastin, Sondra Mastin, Jason Collins, Vanessa (Kevin) Metcalf, Sue Collins, Josephine Collins, and Abrham Collins; great grandchildren, Austin Mastin, Cassie Turner, Arthur Land, Gary Graham, Halie Mastin, Christina Goforth, and Tristin and Reuben Basquez; great-great grandchildren, Rosaly and Reuben; best friend in life, Johnny Welch; and Paul Wayne Welch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jean Marie Corman, and grandchildren, Crystal Goforth and Johnny Goforth, Jr. Funeral Information No services are planned at this time.
