Frankfort, KY Diane (Collins) Wills, 64, mother of Claudette and Yvette Collins was born to James and Elizabeth Wills on March 27, 1952 in Lexington, Kentucky and passed on to Christ Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Baptist Health in Lexington, KY. A beloved friend to all that knew her and a pillar of her community, her accomplishments included: graduating from the Univeristy of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky with honors majoring in Human Resource. She was employed with Lexington Fayette Urban County Government as a Human Resource Analysis for over twenty-five (25) years. As a Human Resource Analyst at LFUCG, she made a way for many African Americans to be employed with the City County Government. Besides her daughters Claudette and Yvette she is survived by her grandson, Jacon M.L. Hobbs, two granddaughters; Dionne M. Hobbs, Elizabeth S. Collins Wilson; two brothers, James W. Wills, William Hunter Wills; three sisters, Eveleen (Donald, LLC) Morton, Georgia (Frank) Mulder, Helen Wills, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Her parents James W. Wills and Elizabeth Jackson Wills, her sister Claudette Jackson, and her brother Anthony Will Preceded her in death. She will be greatly missed. Funeral Information A memorial service will be held 11:00am Friday, March 10, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
