David "Keith" Guthrie

David “Keith” Guthrie, 53 of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at his home. Beloved husband. Father. Son. Brother. Teacher. Coach. Mentor. Patriot. Friend. His love of family and friends, sense of humor and spirit live on in his children. Keith was loved and will be missed by all who knew him. His father, Charles Guthrie as well as his uncle, David Seale, preceded him in death. Keith is survived by his wife, Jennifer Guthrie; children, Jordan Guthrie (17), David Guthrie (13), and John Guthrie (11); mother, Donna Guthrie; brothers, Todd and Clifford Guthrie; sister, Dena (Guthrie) Poston; cousins, Ryan Seale and Julie Gregg; aunt, Peggy Seale; along with several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at 11am on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
