Obituary Carol L. Kirk, 86, of Lexington, died Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Ms. Kirk was born July 31, 1926 in Lexington, KY to the late Marshall and Carrie Truitt Sapp. She worked as a receptionist at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Kirk is survived by her step-son, Hugh (Donna) Kirk; her step-daughter, Clarice Lee, both of Georgia; and a nephew, Douglas Oatley. Funeral Information Graveside services will be held at 1PM, Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Rose Crest Cemetery in Versailles, KY.
