Frankfort, KY Fred Thomas Brashears, 78, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016. He worked as an accountant for Kentucky State Police. Mr. Brashears was a member of First Baptist Church, and the Elks Club. He is survived by his daughter Sandy Ramsey, Louisville; his brothers Bob Brashears, VA, and Mort Brashears, LaGrange; and his grandchildren Brian and Abby Ramsey. Mr. Brashears was proceeded in death by his sister Josephine McClain and his brother Malcom Brashears. Funeral Information The funeral service will be held at 12:00pm Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center. Bro. Tom Throth will officiate. Serving as casketbearers will be Bob Brashears, Mort Brashears, Tom Brashears, Robert Brashears, Brian Ramsey, and Billy Jones. Visitation will be held Tuesday October 18, 2016 from 10:00am until start of service at the funeral home.
