Dorothy Hostetler
September 22nd, 1926 - January 1st, 2015
Dorothy S Hostetler of the Holly Creek Retirement Center in Centennial CO died on January 1, 2015. Born on September 22, 1926 in Harper Kansas, she was the eldest daughter of Amra and Ruth Hostetler. She was 88. She had five siblings: Helen Miller (deceased) of Bedford Heights OH, Delbert of Harper KS, Betty Schmidt of Littleton CO, Rose Kliewer of Rochester MN and Charlene Hostetler of Centennial CO. She had many nieces and nephews all whom will miss her presence at family gatherings and reunions. She attended and graduated from Bethel College, North Newton KS, and taught in the Shawnee Mission Kansas schools for more than 30 years. Burial of her cremains will be in Harper KS at a later date when family members are available. Memorial gifts may be forwarded to Pleasant Valley Mennonite Church, Harper Kansas in honor of her many years of support and membership there.
