Obituary VERSAILLES - Hardin Field III, 85, passed away Thursday. A native of Woodford County, he was born July 14, 1927, the son of the late William and Elizabeth Field. He was a lifelong farmer, a veteran of the Korean War having served in the United States Army, a member of the Thoroughbred Club of America, past member of the Iroquois Hunt Club and the Country Club of Naples. He is survived by his wife, Patsy C. Field, his daughters Nancy Field Hartley and Martha Ann Field Sweet, his son Hardin Field IV, all of Versailles, two step sons, his sister Betty Kinnaird, Lexington, eight grandchildren and a great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha C. Field. Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill is in charge of arrangements. Funeral Information Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday at Pisgah Presbyterian Church officiated by Rev. David Brannen. Private burial will follow in the Versailles Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday at Mr. Field's residence, 1140 Lexington Road, Versailles, Ky.
