Robert Charles Wilkin

Versailles VERSAILLES- Robert C. Wilkin, 64, husband of Jackie Wilkin, died Thursday, November 20, 2014. Bob was born in Springfield, IL to the late John Theodore and Edith Bennett Wilkin on April 4, 1950. He was retired from the United States Postal Service and was a Veteran of the United States Army. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Sharlie Wilkin and Kasie (Ryan "Pike") Lakarosky, both of Versailles; his brothers and sisters, Dan (Dottie) Wilkin, WV, Kathy Wilkin, IL, Carol Formica, CT, Ron Wilkin, Lexington and Jay (Mary) Wilkin, Versailles. He is preceded in death by his brother, Teddy Wilkin. Funeral Information Funeral Service will be Monday 1pm at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill with Rev. Tim Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be Ryan "Pike" Lakarosky, Jeff Jones, Satya Thiel, Jerry Sargent, Jerry Parker and Jay Wilkin. Visitation will be Monday from 11am until the time of service.
