Suzanne Marie Butler Osborne Suzanne Marie Butler Osborne, 37, of Lexington, mother of Cori Rae Butler and daughter of Sandra F. and Dr. James E. Butler, passed away Sunday February 1, 2009 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center hospital. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is also survived by her sister Sara Evridge, Lexington, her maternal grandmother Christine Fulks, Winchester Step sisters Holly (Mark) Long, NC and Rebecca(Frank) Martin, TX, step brothers Dr. James Butler, Jr., OH and Thomas (Debbie) Butler, CA, Uncles Thomas Ray Fulks, James Fulks and Robert Lynn (Donna Gail) Fulks all of Winchester and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Ray L. Fulks. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday February 7, 2009 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. A Reflection of Life service will follow the gathering at 1:00 pm at Clark Legacy Center.
