Brian Jonathan Lass
November 22nd, 1984 - May 3rd, 2020
Brian was beyond full of life. He was a caring, loving and sensitive soul who made you feel special effortlessly because it was part of who he was. Brian was born and raised in Edmonds, Washington and during his school years was a talented athlete, playing soccer, basketball, tennis and running cross country. Brian loved so many things, most importantly his family and secondly, of course, the Seahawks - he was literally their biggest fan ever! In their home the downstairs rec room is a shrine dedicated to the Hawks. He made their house a special place for the kids with popcorn makers, fireworks and outdoor movies. He loved fishing, golfing and hosting BBQs for family and friends. Brian loved Christmas just like his Nana, and so at their house, the Christmas carols and decorations were happening before Thanksgiving! He passed this on to Zak who at 4 knew almost every Christmas song. His house was always the biggest and best on the block and even had decorative competitions with neighbors over the years. He was the most generous at Christmas and did his best to hold onto all the family traditions he could. Brian had too many friends to even count. He was a loyal, caring friend and they all cherished him! Brian defined "people person." He deeply cared about everyone and wanted everyone to be happy, as his friends and family were everything to him. He was such a loving partner to Tara as they shared a wonderful life and had such a special family with Zak and Blake by their side. We will miss Brian and his full-of-life spirit every day. He will never be forgotten. Brian, all of us will make sure your memory lives on! We all love you Bri - Tara, Zak, Blake, Dad, Mom, Shawn, Jeff & Annalynn and all the family members and friends you have left behind! Along with Tara, Zak and Blake, Brian is survived by his Nana, his parents Mickey & Diane, his brothers Shawn & Jeff and sister-in-law Annalynn. Brian had a large extended family including Krista, Adam, Bradley, Kellan, Sienna and Donny. Brian loved and cherished his huge Italian family and especially those Christmas mornings & loved any and all celebrations especially Christmas night with his Irish family. He's survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and second cousins. He leaves behind his godparents and many, many cherished friends. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Summer of 2020! #GoHawks Family & friends have set up an account for Tara & the Kids at GoFundme.com
