Ann Kaiser passed away suddenly on December 3rd of a suspected pulmonary embolism. She was 83. Ann was born in Casper, Wyoming to JT and Emily Baskett. After graduating from Natrona County High School, she attended Pomona College and graduated from Cornell University; where she honed her French, Spanish and Portuguese. Moving to New York, she worked at Prince Machiabelli Perfumes and RCA International, where she put her languages to use. Ann married Isaac Kaiser in 1956. She and her former husband moved to Denver in 1957, where she resided until her death on December 3, 2014. Ann was an avid enthusiast of dancing, sailing, ice dancing, skiing, hiking, and the arts; especially playing guitar and listening to jazz and classical music. She is survived by her children, Laura and Jeff; their spouses Jon and Jill; grandchildren Ben and LeighAnn; step-grandson Jonathan; and great grandson, Clayton. < < In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor may be sent to Colorado Public Radio, www.cpr.org, or Rocky Mountain PBS, www.rmpbs.org.
