Obituary William Darryl Southworth, 66, beloved husband of Eddie Cox, Nicholasville, KY departed this life August 18, 2013. Born September 5, 1946, a native of Scott County and the son of Rosella Keller Southworth and the late John Willard Southworth, II. Retired from IBM, he was a US Army Sergeant reservist, a member of Providence Christian Church, Nicholasville, with a love of farming, sports, fishing and horses. Other survivors include stepson, Randy (Stephanie) Cox; grandson, Triston Cox; sisters: Donna (Jim) McDonald, Cincinnati, Ohio; Patty (Tommy) Case, Georgetown and sisters-in-laws: Susan Southworth, Versailles, Kathy (Don) Smitson, Nicholasville; nieces and nephews: Julie Steffey, Allen (Ashley) Case, Natalina Southworth, John (Julie) Southworth, Jimmy, Richard and E.J. (Alex) McDonald along with ten great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother John Southworth III, Versailles. . Funeral Information Visitation will be from 1-3pm, Saturday, August 24th at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Funeral services will follow at 3pm with Rev. Carol Devine officiating the service. Honorary casket bearers are Johnny Cannon, Phil House, Jim Vance, Bill Hall, Wayne Southworth, Triston Cox and his nephew Allen Case, John Southworth, Jimmy, Richard and E.J. McDonald.
