Lexington, Kentucky Judith Zell Johnson, 70, died Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born in Sterling, Illinois, daughter of the late Carl Alfred and Marian Elizabeth Buell Johnson. She was a graduate of the Swedish American School of Nursing and a former nurse at the Swedish American Hospital for over 30 years. She is survived by her daughter,; Elizabeth Anne Johnson, Lexington, her grandson; Michael P. Hall, Tuscaloosa, Ala., her two brothers; Donald {Lupita} Johnson, Crestview, Florida, Alfred Johnson; Alamogordo, New Mexico, her dear family friends; Karen {Dwayne} Hollon, and their two children; Clinton and Natalie Hollon, and Joyce Evans, all of Lexington. Funeral Information A celebration of her life will be held Summer of 2015.
