Frankfort, KY Frankfort- Richard Mason Manley, 65, husband of Vickie Manley, passed away Friday July 10, 2015. A native of Frankfort he was born on June 17, 1950 to the late Richard Graham Manley and Thelma Jones Manley. Richard was veteran of the US Navy. He retired from the State of Kentucky, and was a member of the American Legion Post #7. In addition to his wife, Richard is survived by his children Richard Scott (Anita) Manley, Frankfort; Trish (Rick) Russell, Louisville; Jennifer (Bryan) Godin, Louisville; Ronnetta Manning, Mt. Sterling; Kevin Ginter, Mt. Sterling; John (Amy) Ginter, Jeffersonville; his sisters Mary (Tommy) Hockensmith, Frankfort; Florene Surber, Frankfort; Willetta Bartley, Frankfort; her brother Bobby Manley, Lawrenceburg; 16 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Monday July 13, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road. Brother Tommy Hockensmith will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be Richard Scott Manley, Rick Russell, Bryan Godin, John Ginter, Richard Michael Manley, and Keith McDonald. Visitation will be on Sunday July 12, 2015 from 2:00pm- 5:00pm at the funeral home.
