John Benjamin "J.B." Gott John Benjamin "J.B." Gott, 81, of Lexington, died Wednesday March 11, 2009 at the Hospice Care Center surrounded by his family. He was born October 11, 1927 in Richmond, Ky., the son of the late Grace Reagan and Joseph Gott. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bess Curry Gott, his daughter, Rhonda Gott Sheeler, his son Lynn (Shelia) Gott, grandchildren Ashley and Lynsay Gott, his brother William Gott, Georgetown, his sister Leatrice Charlet, Morgantown, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert E. Gott. Mr. Gott was a member of Crestwood Christian Church. A Reflection of Life service will be held 12:00 pm Saturday March 21, 2009 at Clark Legacy Center followed by burial in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will be from 11:00 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers please send contributions to the St. Joseph Hospice Care Center. Funeral Information Memorial Service 12:00 pm Saturday March 21, 2009. Visitation 11:00 am until time of service.
